9. Cocoa or chocolate:
This can be the best food item to curb the chill. Chocolates can be eaten; especially dark ones or hot chocolate can be consumed. Chocolates have an excellent ability to calm the throat and reduce cough. Finally, you have the reasons you always needed to dig into your sinful side.
