5 Most Essential Bags In a Women’s Closet

I had started out with “7 types of shoes every woman should own”, about a week ago ( I know, I’m a vine- junkie ) as a guideline for the novice, which now that I think about it, kind of seems vague but I hope it helps. This article is a much better sequel to that, concerning bags which is a necessity for us women. Otherwise, where would you keep your phone, your charger, lipstick/chapstick, your purse ? And don’t forget the Cucumber-fragrance hand-sanitisers. So, you get the drift.

Especially for people  who do not realize the importance of using different types of bags or maybe,  if you are the type that wants to be more fashionably organized, I have tried to narrow down as much as possible and come up with five, for a budgeted bag-wardrobe, which is easy-to-implement and covers your every need.

Shoulder Bags

Shoulder bags are the most common and the most essential type of bag that almost every woman owns, young and old. This is the bag that is of the right size (depends on what you consider the right size) that can hold many stuff . It is easy to carry around with lots of room inside and has a strap,  whose length can be adjusted to your liking .

It is available in a variety of shapes and colors but , the more professional-looking are the sleek black ones or the faux-leather pieces .

Tote

Totes are kind of like shoulder bags,  but they are bigger in size and and have handles, rather than straps. They are really useful when you need more space that your shoulder bag can’t provide, without looking totally bulged out. Also, a tote is essential for light-packing and for women with kids.

Saddle bag a.k.a Sling bag

Saddle bags have seen a rise in popularity in the last few years . Every one owns or want to own a statement-making piece . Saddle or slings are smaller in size , easy to carry around and the go-to for a hassle-free outing . It has a long strap and are generally worn across the body in a diagonal way.

According to my experience, there are, generally, leather looking, pop-coloured, quilted and straight-edged, geometrical-shaped saddle bags available in the market. Straps range from leathered, metallic to a combo of both . So you can decide yours, although, the combo straps are in right now.
