You can exercise, dress to accentuate your butt, or use some quick fixes to get the sexy butt you desire.

Build up your butt muscles

To build a sexy butt takes a lot of time. Once you start lifting, you won’t see a noticeable difference for 3 weeks. There are many exercises that will help you tone your butt. Bridges can also be done with or without weight. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor near your butt and hip-width apart. On your exhale, squeeze your glutes and push your hips up to lift your butt toward the ceiling and then slowly lower it back down.

Go for challenging exercises like lunges

Lunges make the gluteal muscles work harder to slow your body as you lower down. Lunges require more stability, which engages the calves and lower back muscles. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Keeping your back straight, bend your knees to a 90-degree angle. Rise back up. Performing them properly with weight on your shoulders is one of the best butt exercises.

Split Squat

Stand with your legs and feet wide apart. Have your knees and toes pointed outwards. Keep your chest out and head facing front wards. Now squat as if you were going to sit down, leaning into your heels, until your thighs are parallel to the floor depending on your flexibility. Push yourself back up again squeezing your butt and inner thighs. Keep your knees soft and the movement flowing. Continue until you have completed the set.

Crab Walk

Stand with both feet on the exercise band. Cross the band in front of your legs and hold the ends. Keep your back and legs straight, and shoulders back. Take one step sideways with the right leg. Bring your feet back together, then step sideways with the left leg. The resistance band crab walk boosts your booty by toning and shaping gluteal muscles.

Cardio Running or Walking

This exercise will lift your butt while simultaneously lifting your mood as well. Running and walking also burn calories and trim flab from your backside. Running a mile burns about 80 calories and walking a mile burns around 60. However, the faster you run the more calories you’ll burn. Add a few hills to your running or walking workout. Hill workouts help burn away calories faster, too for the ultimate butt lift.
