The sun drains most of our energies and dehydrates us easily. So lets try indulging in few healthy habits. The most effortless way to keep our bodies hydrated is by drinking lots of water. In this article I have tried uncovering some undeniable reasons to knock back more water.
Our body is made of 60% of water roughly. Drinking enough water maintains the fluid balance in the body, which keeps the body hydrated, maintains nutrition level and body temperature, digests food and many more.

Drinking water keeps your skin youthful and glowing so it is less likely to dry out. Sometimes the pores get clogged due to certain toxins which may also result in acne. Water helps to urinate and remove these toxins which can reduce other breakouts.
Forget other diet tricks, drinking water can help with weight loss. The secret reason being that water simply helps people feel full resulting in fewer consumption of calories. A study revealed that adults who drank two 8-ounce glasses of water before breakfast, lunch and dinner ended up eating 75 to 90 fewer calories during each meal.

Water is a natural stress reliever. The sound of waves, running water or waterfalls triggers a relaxing hormones in the body and lowers stress level.
Its time to move over coffee. Water helps fight those tired eyes too. One of the common symptoms of dehydration is tiredness and dizziness. Just another reason to go for the big glass!

Start with drinking a glass or two of water as soon as you wake up. Drink glass of water before every meal. Keep an alarm which reminds you to drink water. There are some amazing apps which helps you remind to drink and moreover helps to keep a track of how much water you had in a day.
