Why not immerse your nails in a bath of calcium by submerging them in a bowl of warm milk for around 5 minutes.? You’ll find your nails far less likely to peel or split, not to mention they will look whiter. You can even try mixing in egg yolks and let the added protein really tougher your nails up.

Soak your fingernails in a cup of olive oil for about 15-20minutes so that it gets absorbed in the nails, cuticles and surrounding skin. Before using the oil heat it for few seconds. Follow this hot oil treatment atleast once a week to strengthen and moisture your nails.
